Responsibilities
Working Knowledge in Tally Prime
Working Knowledge in GST return filing, New registration and amendments.
Working knowledge in TDS payment and filling.
Preparing documents for departmental Scrutiny and Audits.
Preparation of Financial Statement of Individual, Partner, Partnership Firm and Pvt. Ltd. Co.
Preparation of provisional Financial Statement.
Coordinating with Auditors for Statutory Auditor and Tax Audit.
Timely Entry of Monthly provisions and closing of Books on Monthly basis.
Team Handling of 8 to 10 Junior Accountants and taking daily updates.
Ensuring diligent execution of work assigned by the seniors and regular updates to seniors.
To Make Sure Bank Accounts are up to date by checking day-to-day transaction
Maintain all the records & files in a proper manner and ability to keep documents and data well organized.
Update Creditors and Debtors Balance on Weekly basis and follow up with management to clear the same.
Skills, Knowledge, Experience
Experience of 3 to 5years in relevant field.
Graduate in Commerce or Accounting Degree
Intermediate Microsoft Excel Knowledge is a must
High Level spoken and written English
