He will be responsible for planning & making new franchisees throughout Mumbai & Maharashtra.
He will be overall responsible for acquiring new franchisees for International School besides managing the overall franchising business.
He will be offering continuous support to new franchisees acquired for ensuring their overall success.
Key responsibilities & Duties –
• Creating new franchisees through their existing & new contacts database of potential / prospective clients.
• Ensuring proper support & training is given to the new franchisee created, so that these new franchisees are able to meet their given targets.
• Working in close tandem with various stakeholders for ensuring not only maximum franchisees are created but also ensuring that these franchisees are able to meet their Return on Investment through proper support, guidance & training.
Candidates with more than 5 years of practical experience in Acquisition of Franchisee in preschools, schools, education sector along with past successful track record of ensuring proper support, guidance & training are provided to these new franchisees post their acquisitions so that they are able to meet their Return on Investment only needs to apply for it.
